He then got fined $37 million dollars and court ordered no media appearances for 3 years to hush the loss of the first amendment. Kevin Trudeau having over a billion dollars in assets from his books now is breaking his silence and giving media appearances in spite of the court order. He is challenging the Federal Gov't to act on this court order showing the American people the real loss of the first amendment.
