Trouble with uploading documents - 2 new

I've been having trouble uploading a couple of my explainations of benefits (
EOBs) onto my google health profile. They are in .pdf format, and I've
successfully loaded several others with no issue. However, it seems that the
ones that do experience errors fail at the encryption step. There is usually a
long pause when the screen shows - Fri, Jan 22 2010 4:27 pm
