Are Satan and Rafael and all of the other named archangels aliens? Yes, they also are not of this world. They are from other worlds, planets or dimensions, so they, by definition, have to be aliens. Anyone or anything not of this world, by definition, must be alien.

Are aliens God? We might certainly suppose so, since they have technology and powers above ours. However, aliens are created beings the same as we are created beings. Did Aliens create the heavens or the earth? They are just created beings, possibly far superior to us, and even seemingly gods because of their supremacy over us, as we see it, but they are created, too.
God created all that exists. "Aliens" (as in beings from other planets, dimensions, or worlds) didn't.
