Control the flow, rather than to stop it.

Construct a very large, 4 inch thick stainless steel upside-down "funnel," then lower it by use of cables and underwater submarines over the top of the undersea Oil Plume to redirect, ,rather than to plug or stop the flow.

There is far too much pressure down that deep in the Ocean for a Top-Kill attempt to be successful (at this time).

The funnel-shaped structure should be 4-sided, like a Pyramid. This would be the best shape and would make it easier to construct. Model this after that of Giza, but much smaller in scale while still using the same Geometry would be best for optimal strength/results.

Some call this shape being that of sacred Geometry as a term used by Archaeologists and Anthropologists, that being in the construct of the Geometry, which contains the "Golden Ratio." 1.61803 being the ratio of the diagonal of a Pentagon to its side. Simply divide the slant-height, by half of the base length, to arrive at the Golden Ratio. Plan accordingly for the amount of flow pressure to arrive at the desired weight/size of this structure so that it will remain in place while utilizing the Great Pyramid of Giza as your model to arrive at the same geometry, but on a smaller scale. The base of Giza originally measured about 230.33meters square. The original height was 146.59meters high. You may consider using this Geometry as your baseline.

This Pyramid shaped structure will then be connected by means of large pipes or snorkel apparatus at its Apex that will lead upward to above water containment ships. This concept allows for the needed pressure relief so this structure will remain set in place, and at the same time, it controls the flow from the plume so that the product may be utilized, rather than destroyed.

Capping this leak can be accomplished at a later date once the pressure retreats by use of your so-called....Top-Kill procedure.

Cease using dispersant immediately, this "hides" the mess and does not get rid of the real problem. If you continue to allow for this, both suspended and floating Algae will be destroyed due to the Toxicity of the dispersant. It will compound the problem, as Algae, like other green plants, both land and water, produce the Oxygen that we breathe. Do not shoot yourself in the foot, while trying to save face, rather than the planet. The entire ecosystems can...or will, be destroyed, plant, fish, plankton, from the lowest to the highest levels of sea life, that including those of Marshlands, and multiple species of land dwelling creatures, and eventually...humans.

Control, not contain, the leak. Stop using chemical dispersant.
