How can You Lower Cholesterol Without the Use of Prescription Drugs

We all know that high cholesterol levels lead to heart attacks and
stroke. While prescription drugs are successful in lowering
cholesterol for many people they do come with some harsh side effects
for many. It is known that around 15% of people taking statin drugs
will discontinue using them due to the side effects. This is why so
many are asking the question "how can I lower cholesterol without
medication"

Our current medical community uses these drugs as the first line of
defense to treat people that are diagnosed with high cholesterol. This
is in light of the fact that many will experience memory loss and
muscle pain which in some cases can lead to permanent damage.
