IF, as the article states, that only States can challenge Constitutional
Presidential qualification, then maobamessiah has shot himself in the
foot by suing AZ over their illegal alien law. AZ MUST state their
challenge in their first response to the fed claim, AND refuse to take
the counter claim off the table. I suspect that the feds will attempt to
withdraw the lawsuit. If AZ chooses to pursue, than, maybe, we'll see
the illegal alien removed from his orifice;-)))))
