Thanks Jason, good feedback. This is a use case we've heard from other
users as well, and we'll look into the possibility of a mobile-
optimized site. In the meantime, our current site should work more...

Actually I realized it's printing the blood test values, but no notes
for them, and no notes for Procedures. Does this work correctly for
others?
