However, Section 305(d) goes on to say    RULE OF CONSTRUCTION -- Nothing in this section will be construed to affect the regulation of dietary supplements under the Dietery Supplement and Health Education Act of 1994 (Public Law 103-417). I would feel a lot better if it read "...will be construed to affect access to supplements guaranteed by the Dietary Supplement and Health Education Act...".  The word regulation worries me. This legislation, *originating from the United Nations*, in effect, begins a worldwide campaign for massive hunger and starvation.
