| Perhaps the real danger is here: http://salsa.democracyinaction.org/o/568/p/dia/action/public/?action_KEY=4613 Codex Alimentarius is referred to by name and if one looks at the text of S510, Section 306 (c)(5) reads Recommendations on whether and how to harmonize requirements under the Codex Alimentarius. However, Section 305(d) goes on to say RULE OF CONSTRUCTION -- Nothing in this section will be construed to affect the regulation of dietary supplements under the Dietery Supplement and Health Education Act of 1994 (Public Law 103-417). I would feel a lot better if it read "...will be construed to affect access to supplements guaranteed by the Dietary Supplement and Health Education Act...". The word regulation worries me. Take care, Susan
