Snore your problems away

When we go to sleep there are several bodily systems which prepare to
shut down for a while or simply go into energy saving mode. The
transition from wide awake to half awake to asleep is a slow and
delicate process. There are however some people who have problems when
making this change. These so called 'sleep-wake' overgang
(transition) disorders create quite a lot of difficulties for people
when changing/passing from one sleep state to the other. This leads
people to find it hard to sleep and thus leads to insomnia.
