Human beings need at least 6 to 7 hours of sleep on an average. Our
brain is like a machine which needs rest too. Rejuvenation is
essential for efficiency. Science says that when we are sleeping the
metabolic rate of our body is reduced by 5% to 10% . Sleep is
characterized by inactivity of voluntary muscles as well.Insomnia or
lack of sleep is a major sleep problem suffered by many people across
the world. There can be many reasons for insomnia such as
