As the link vividly demonstrates these "flashlight beam " shaped Tesla
electromagnetic ground wave of stupendously high power levels
to blast this beam "brute force " through the topmost layer of earth
to in effect , intentional or not , boil the moisture out of the earth's soils

The ELF sweep beam captured her reveals the Tesla beacon lobe shape
to be very similar to a powerful rescue searchlight beam caught in a fog,
East ELF sweep beam appears to be transmitted from a location on the
Arctic circle.
My guess would be lower Greenland based on study of clues overlooked
