Understanding The Difference Between Fat Soluble And Water Soluble Vitamins

Many of us get our vitamin requirements from our diets. They are found
in foods such as fresh fruits and vegetables, dairy product, meats and
fish. For those that do not receive their requirements of essential
vitamins from the foods that they eat they can receive them from some
very affordable supplements that can be readily purchased. When you
choose supplementation it is important to know the difference between
what you will hear referred to as fat and water soluble vitamins.
These are the two main categories that you will hear vitamins being
grouped into.
