Benefits of fatty acids

Our body requires healthy fatty acids which are found in fish and fish
oil supplements. As body cannot produce these fatty acids, it depends
upon omega3 and fish products. Many of us assume that fats of any kind
should be avoided. If you are not bogged down by heart and cholesterol
problems, then good fat should feature in your meals regularly. Krill
oil, fish oil, best omega3, salmon, olives, peanuts are the ones which
will help if strategically used. Polyunsaturated fat derived from soy
or corn are rich in Omega3 fatty acids and the later is required for
heart, nerves, eyes and brain functioning.
