Try using Traumeel.  It is homeopathic and all of the remedies in it are recommended for Gout.  My Mother uses it instead of the pharmaceutical prescribed by her Dr.  It has provided her with a great deal of relief.

My boyfriend has gout in his right big toe. Was looking for some natural ways to control the gout and treat the pain. He doesn't eat alot of red meat.
