USDA Reports Eggs Contain Less Cholesterol And More Vitamin D Than Once Thought

Are eggs lower in cholesterol and higher in vitamin D than we were
originally thought? Well according to new data released by the USDA's
Agricultural Research Service this is actually the case. This could be
good news for the many of us that enjoy eggs but were limiting
ourselves to egg whites to avoid the effects of cholesterol.
