Here is the reply from www.fusionfloours.com concerning the problem with their website, no contact info, etc. In the meantime, please contact her at the email below, if you'd like a list of ingredients or other info, at least until she can get someone to fix the site.
Thanks,
Jan

Hi Jan,
Thanks for helping me to get out the word online. I just went to my website, which I had paid to update; including all recipes, ingredient lists, businesses that I deal with and a contact page. It was all there! I don't understand what's going on but I will hire someone else to fix all of this. I promise that all of that was supposed to be available. I wonder what could have happened? I am not very computer savvy and just don't have the money to fix what was already there! I totally understand why she or anyone who is a Celiac or intolerant would be hesitant...I would feel the same way as she does. I am embarrassed to see my own website. I will let you know when all of the changes have been made.
Thanks,
Tara

Hi Tara,
Here is one response I got from the mailing I did to the groups about your gluten free flours. You might want to make some corrections on your site and send me the link and info so I can put it back on the list again.

Just cruised the gluten free site... I do not find a method of emailing/contacting the company at all. Nowhere does it list the ingredients either. People who are truly gluten free need to be as free of chemical additives as possible as well - their gut is damaged. If you come across a method of (from outside of the USA) contacting these people please let me know. Thank you.
