Will the Health Care Reform Act Create More Overcrowding In Our Emergency Rooms?

Whenever we hear reports in the mainstream media about the
overcrowding in the nation's emergency rooms it is only natural for us
to believe this is due to the fact that these individuals are without
proper health insurance.

But a recent survey from the American College of Emergency Physicians
indicates that the real reasons is that these people do have insurance
but are unable to find a doctor to treat them.
