dear friend, oats is very good for increasing the level of testosterone. almonds and sesame seeds especially black sesame seeds will also help. beef and mutton are also good. the indian herb ashwagandha will be of help. besides, you can think of homeopathic treatment for this problem. this medical system is least invasive.
