These researchers offer further proof of the immediate and the efficacious effects of energy healing. Gary Groesbeck, BCIAC fellow, and Donna Bach, ND, saw evidence that (energy healing) works at a verifiable level in the field of EEG brain wave measurements. "We saw many changes for the better taking place in real time." He writes. Biofeedback is based on the practice of brain wave monitoring, heart rate measuring, and the monitoring of other biological functions of the body for the purpose of boosting performance and assisting in the improvement of mental and physical health. We made some amazing observations, instantly visible during an actual session. Here is a brief summary of what we are seeing: 1. Initial field studies show some very rapid and significant changes in the overall brain wave patterns that mirror the release of emotional issues during sessions, and a movement towards a more brain optimal function. 2. There is a reduction in brain energy, which occurs more rapidly than in just a simple relaxation period. When the brain works more efficiently, the amount of electrical activity being measured through the skull decreases. 3. An increase in brain wave symmetry; that is both sides of the brain begin to work together in a more balanced manner. People often have the mistaken assumption that they are either right brained or left brained, in truth we are both, and the two sides of the brain need to work together for optimal health and performance. 4. Finally the band of energy often associated with emotional intensity, anxiety, stress, negative worrying and a possible history of addictions, the "monkey mind" band, reduces beautifully as emotional issues are released during (the energy healing process)." They actually saw this happening on their Biofeedback monitors, as they watched patients under emotional stress become more relaxed and at peace during the energy healing process. While there are many different methods of energy healing being used today -- EFT, MTT, FTT, Healing Hands, etc., I have incorporated the best of each of these modalities and others into my teaching, so that my students can benefit from my years of learning and experimentation to see what works best and fastest. I use enhancements, shortcuts, and protocols which allow us to reach the root of the problems quicker thereby healing the energy disturbance faster. This allows the sufferer to heal in mere minutes. The process is quickly and easily learned. The perfection of the technique takes a bit longer, depending on the severity of the emotional disturbances.
